Adult Faith Formation at Saint Henry takes many forms. There are traditional lecture style sessions led by the priests and deacons, Bible Study programs offered throughout the year, retreats for men, women and couples, or classes revolving around the arts.
All these programs are aimed at teaching participants about our Catholic faith and deepening their spiritual lives.

Lectio Divina
Meets Fridays at 1:00 p.m. in the Parish Library
Lectio Divina, which means the Divine Word, is the ancient practice of praying not just reading Scripture. It’s a meditative way of reading the Bible in which we let go of our own agendas and open ourselves to what God is trying to say to us by praying the Gospel passage for the upcoming Sunday. There is an option to join by Zoom. Contact Deacon Mike Catalano at mcatalano@sthenry.org for more information.
Young Adult Ministry
Adults in their 20s and 30s
This ministry is for young adults in their 20’s and 30’s. Activities this past year ranged from trivia nights to social outings and opportunities to gather for Mass, Adoration, and Faith-based activities. The Young Adult Ministry is growing and we would love to have you join us at our next event. Monthly happy hours are a great opportunity to join and meet our young adults. We participate in Catholic Sports Leagues and host kickball in the fall.
