Building Faith through Sunday Religious Education

Classes start on the 1st Sunday after Labor Day

We seek to nourish the faith of children and teens of the parish in grades PreK3-8th. This faith was first celebrated at Baptism and parents continue to be the primary educators of religion.

Registration is online; see below link. Classes are held on campus. The fee for class is $50 per student. Payments are made on our secure website, Breeze. We welcome donations to sponsor families in need. If you need help with the fee, please contact us to register.

As stewards of faith, our volunteer catechists help guide the children and teens of our parish through a variety of engaging and meaningful activities to help them in their faith formation journey. Our curriculum is designed to help our children know, proclaim, witness, and share the Catholic faith.

As stated in the Religious Education handbook, children learn to pray and to love their neighbor by the example set at home by the parents. As you model to your children, be especially mindful of the following expectations, which are in keeping with the basic tenets of the Catholic Christian tradition: attending Mass weekly and on Holy Days of Obligation, sharing your time, talent, and treasure, being connected in our St. Henry community, and making prayer an important part of daily life. This sets the best example for your children.

Please call the Religious Education office with any questions or if interested in volunteering. Thank you.
